	The Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club is a non-profit fraternal organization. The membership is comprised of law enforcement officers from around the world that share a common interest in motorcycling. The club was founded by a handful of "Cops" in 1974 in Bangor, Maine and has grown to include over 17,000 members world-wide. The Blue Knights is a family fraternity. Spouses and children often accompany our members to the various rides and functions. When traveling, local members can provide assistance, directions and sometimes a place to stay. We are truly a family. Del Rio, Texas is where our chapter is located. It's a great place to ride year round. We see lots of sunshine and enjoy very mild winters. In short, the riding season never ends around here. We have an abundance of beautiful country to explore as well. From the Texas hill country to the to the colorful desert, and even the occasional trip to old Mexico. The Texas V chapter includes members from several communities in the border area including Del Rio, Eagle Pass, Comstock and Brackettville.
